A single vineyard Cinsault located slightly off the Paardeberg mountain in the Swartland – where a combination of granite and schist / shale soils join. This bush vine Cinsault is hand harvested and fermented using 80% whole bunch atop of 20% foot-crushed bunches. The wine is allowed to naturally ferment before being pressed and racked into old 300 and 400l French oak barrels.
